Walker badly needs a rest, would have been rotated before if not for Danilo’s injury.

Sterling                       Sane

Aguero was still off the pace a bit on Tuesday, rest is strongest starting maybe given Dave is not match fit yet?

Bright start. Disgraceful dive from Zaha, can’t believe he wasn’t booked.

Amazing stuff. Totally dominant but losing, bit of a worldy from Townsend but still 2 shots 2 goals?

Well, what can you say? Don’t think we played badly really. Walker was rubbish, Sterling not a lot better but the rest were ok. They Dippers are busy arranging the victory parade I expect.

We have not been great this month really. Shows how massively important Ferni and Spanish Dave are to us. Need to turn this around quickly.

We have some really awful glory boy supporters now. Ungracious entitled pricks it would seem. Some of the shit on social media is embarrassing. Dippers deserve to be top, they are relentless, like us last year. We had luck in a few games like they have. If we are as good as we think we are it's not over, but now we see how good Pep is. Yesterday he got it very wrong. 3 more games in the next 10 days, and we win on 3rd and it's back as game on.

Spot on. It’s not as if Palace outplayed us, just everything they did came off. If Walker gets a block in for the first goal, we win the game. Townsend’s volley sails over the bar, we win the game. Leroy squares it instead of blasting into the side netting we win the game. Don’t mind the constructive criticism: Stones is not a DM, Walker needs a rest etc. but some of the guff spoken on Twitter has been frankly embarrassing.

To me it just highlights the need for a new DMF. We are obviously over reliant on Ferna & sadly Stones is not the awnser. On the plus side, if this doesn’t shake the complacency out of the squad nothing will.

Would have preferred Zinchenko at LB and Delph in Dino's position. Stones is not a MF player so don't put him there again Pep !

I’m not worried yet. We’ been here before and still pulled it out of the bag. I’m happy to have this dip now than at the business end of the season, and the dippers are going to have an injury or two to key players at some point, which will hurt them more as their squad is still a little thin.
