Panic on the streets of London
With reports today that the Glazer family parent company Red Football Joint Venture, which owns Manchester United, has made a record loss of £108.9 million, it has caused widespread panic in the South East and South West of the country, aswell as in The ROI.
However, chief executive David Gill, has assured them all once again, that everything is ok and they have substantial funds in the bank for buying players. Ofcourse they do.
Oh dear, seems we will be seeing the Norwich scarfs out again.Tick tock, tick tock,,,,

Re: Panic on the streets of London
What gets me is that the majority swallow the PR tripe by Gill and Fergusson.
How can you trust anything a supposed Knight of the realm says, when he won't talk to the BBC because they uncovered his dodgy sons dealings and he failed to see his other son kick ten lumps of shit out of his wife right outside his house.
I agree that Berbatov will be off in the summer, don't know about Rooney though, who would have him at the kind of price they would want? Certainly not us.

Re: Panic on the streets of London
If he has no money to spend I can't see the old bastard staying to oversee the dismantling of an ageing side to a new one which will take a while to sort out.Nevilles gone, scholes, giggs,Owen,o Shea,Brown,Mecheda,Gibson,Bebe,Carrick,Hargreaves,Van de sar, are either too old, wank or always injured or all 3 in Osheas case.
They definitely had no money to spend this season with the portugese tramp being the only financial signing so if the hills have eyes family keep the block on and baconface gets that 19th title he yearns for, then I think he'll be off .Problem Utd will have is I can't see Mourinho coming with half a squad and not a pot to piss in so they may have to have Brian Robson and the cunt keane as a dream team

Paul,
You've hit the nail on the head there fella. If (or should i say when) the Rags win the league Fergie will have accomplished what he wanted to and will be offski, conviniently coinciding with the financial termoil they're in, he'll leave with his legacy fully intact. Whoever comes in will struggle with the team they'll inherit and having no money to spend will put off many top candidates (including Mourinho), which will surely means music to many peoples ears.
This really is comedy gold.

Rooney only signed a contract so the rags could make money off him in the summer. Same as Gareth Bale. If Spuds dont get CL football he will be want away as he's not playing CL football. Contracts mean absolutely nothing these days.
