It's being widely reported that Goose will take the job at Chelsea. He's a great manager, who's obviously highly regarded by Abramovic, the players and fans.
All that will mean nothing if he doesn't deliver instant high standards and maintain them.
As Chelsea are the closest club to City in terms of "the journey" to success, I wonder if the anti-Mancini crowd can see the folly of Chelsea's revolving managerial door, by cutting Berto some slack next season if we don't push on from this year?
