How bad were England tonight?

Slovkia down to 10 men and hardly an effort on goal. What's changed since the summer? Not  much really. Ineffective against a team that park the bus. You need players that can take on, and beat, their man.

I'd give Patrick Roberts a go...

Gave up watching after 50 mins....Rooney? Henderson? Kane?

No creativity, no speed....typical England performance from what I saw.

I'm glad I only watched the last 15 minutes or so. That was painful enough.

Kane started the season poorly. Didn't deserve to start.
Dier and Alli, living off last season for Spurs. Llalana isn't good enough. Henderson is crap.

And don't mention Rooney who will keep on screwing us over as he's captain and always going to play.

We saw Rooney playing at CB, LMF, RMF, No.10, left wing....

and BFS comes out and says "Rooney can play anywhere he wants".....well no fucking wonder Kane was up top on his own thinking "wtf"....

BFS - Tactical genius....

That means another 2 years of Rooney as Captain and taking a place from a more energetic youngster like Barkley.

You know you're in trouble when your best player is Lallana. He was the only one, that I saw, who deserved to score. Everyone else was shit.

Against a 10 man Slovakia who were parking the bus and waiting for the last five minutes to then try and score a sneaky goal, we showed a lot of naivety. You don't press them like that unless you've got someone who can run in behind the defence and someone who can feed them the ball. I did see a couple of decent defence splitting passes (one each from Rooney and Alli), but Walcott, who got them both, was like he was using someone else's feet, he was utter garbage.

And then when Slovakia did go for the cheeky late goal (as I suspected they would), we won the ball back and then... walked it to their end? Fuck off! You win the ball and then smack the fucker upfield while they're trying to regroup! On the floor, in the air, through the midfield, whatever - you charge at them while they're not ready, you don't let them get back into position! Jeez.

An immensely fortunate three points gained there. BFS has his work cut out if he's going to turn this lot into winners.
