Opinions will probably be very split on this with most against the idea.

But he's still young enough (just turned 25) and does still have many miles left in his tank as he's been injured a lot. That's been a big issue, but he seems to be over that now.

3-4 years ago, most of us would have wanted him as he did seem to getting better and better.

I'm not sure he's quite good enough or if he'll keep improving but he's HG, young, probably wants it and he'll have 12 months on his contract left at the end of the season.

He would be an upgrade over Delph, and home grown.
Probably a good option as an English squad player. if we could get a cheap deal as in 15mil or less it would make decent sense.
I wouldn't be going in with any more than that though.

thing is why would Arsenal want rid if he is that good?  If Arsenal choose not to renew his contract then that tells me something isn't right with the player.

this is arsenal and wenger. the guy who played Iwobi last night rather than Welbeck or Walcott.

No we dont need him. He wont get in the team. Delph and Fernando are back up to Ferndino. Save the money and use it on defenders instead

I was thinking of cheap replacement for Toure, and he is better than Delph for our style of play.

cant see him as a replacement for toure. Toure moves faster as wilshere is usually on the sidelines. Pep has made no secret of the fact he rates him but it could turn out to be another bravo moment & for that I have deep reservations.
