Re: FA Cup Draw....
So, great draw if we beat Huddersfield.
10 or 13th March for the next round if we win.

Re: FA Cup Draw....
Very interesting. At least we'll be on tv if we beat Hudds.
Could well be the big 4 in the semis which is a bit disappointing.

Gooners non league again, but a good draw if we put a team out in the replay and next roundÂ

Weekend before 2nd leg v Monaco so no doubt we'll have to watch Navas kick the ball at Boros fullbacks shins again

Re: FA Cup Draw....
Just thinking the same Rich. If we beat Hudds, then I can see the tv putting us on on Sunday evening to make it as tough as possible for us.
The best we can hope for would be Saturday lunchtime. Which is what we were originally scheduled for.
I can't see us blitzing Monaco at home to enable us to play a very strong team against Boro.

Re: FA Cup Draw....
Boro are only 2 points from safety in the PL and have a game against the filthy Rags the game after us so I doubt they will field a full strength side. Even with Shitkickers like Navas & Kolarov we should really have enough to beat Boro away anyways

Re: FA Cup Draw....
we should have had enough to beat Boro last time we played them & in the cup 2 seasons ago at home in the 4th round, & against Huddersfield on Saturday. We just do not know when a few players are rested what City team will turn up.

Re: FA Cup Draw....
I don't see the Monaco game as being a walkover. Whatever you think of the standard of the French league 1, PSG have just given Barca a heck of a tonking and they are 2nd in the league, only ahead of Nice on GD and three points behind Monaco who are averaging about 3 goals a game and 1 goal against. They have a GD of 52 after 26 games!!!
Look at the difference between us and Spurs at the weekend. We had the tougher opponent, but they had some of their stars playing and got a comfortable 3-0 win. Probably easy after going 2-0 a few minutes into the 2nd half.
If we had done the same, we could have brought off 2-3 players that we needed for Monaco's game. I'm sure Sane and Sterling wouldn't have been tired if they'd played 2 games in 4 days.

That's why the likes of Diaz Itchy Garcia etc shd have been given a game
And I agree about Monaco Gonna be a very tough matchÂ
Underestimate them at our peril

Re: FA Cup Draw....
Monaco are class. Very very good in MF and up front, but a bit like us in defence as they can be gotten at.
I can see this being a draw with us having an uphill struggle at their place to go through, which means the FA Cup is a MUST WIN.

Re: FA Cup Draw....
considering we are linked with a total of 6 Monaco players so far suggests they have a lot of talent in their ranks. I think it is going to be a real tough game with only 1 maybe 2 goals in it. Hopefully we play Willy & keep a clean sheet.

Re: FA Cup Draw....
A clean sheet will be massive.....as they'll score at home. The only saving grace is our travelling support. Their ground is like a morgue....so with the backing of our fans, they could be the 12th man away.

Re: FA Cup Draw....
We've just got to get a lead going to their place. We're excellent on the counter and I think we'll score away from home as they press for a goal. Fingers crossed.

doubt the 850 of us will make too much of a racket
once the players, coroprate and hangers on had their tickets i doubt we will have more than 400 who qualified through loyalty points, sold out at 18,750

But their fans are notoriously quiet and 400 loyal supporters within 18,500 fans can sound loud!
