David Villa sent off using video assistance...

Post by blueboy on Mon Feb 20, 2017 8:39 am

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4239242/David-Villa-sent-referee-uses-video-replay.html

4 minutes later the game started. Not sure why the ref booked him and then a minute later asked to see the video.

However, Villa must be as strong as Mike Tyson. Watch the clip at the end. It looks like he gives the player a little tap and it lifts the player into the air!! Razz Razz Razz

That will help all the people who say no to video evidence as it slows the game down. #min 44secs to view the decision. Why on earth was there not a 4th official who could have looked at the evidence immediately and inform the ref, instead of him blowing up then walking to the technical area reviewing the footage then making a decision. At that rate he should of had a cup of tea on the go as well.
