Guess they can claim they are just posting what's being discussed, rather than posting something 'they've' discovered.

It's one thing to write about the discussion, but quite another to facilitate it.  This is like an online blog about the vices of illegal downloads, then providing a link to a fully working torrent site.

I'm sure McDonalds will shut this down quickly enough, but it's still a bit naughty.
