They can't charge him for that, though they should try and find something to charge him for. If you ask for your opponent to be shown a yellow card, then you get a yellow. So Rooney should get a charge for asking for Mings to be charged.

The FA have come out and stated "if found guilty, the Tyrone Mings incident will be more than 3 matches".......

Guilty until proven innocent? Is this the FA's new stance on investigations? He's not even had a hearing and they are making statements about the punishment for only Mings.....hope his representative use this at the hearing as I've never heard this before.
