I watched the Yaya tackle again and it did look bad but he went in to win the ball and the pitch was very wet so his forward momentum carried him into the player, i dont believe he ha dtime to control where his feet were going. 
I was raging at the time when Rat Boy said "The pitch is wet and he couldn't stop himself....but i'm not sure he wanted to anyway it should have been a red" WTF kind of neutral comment is that ?
