The only bright spot from last night for me, had a good game, especially the first half.

He gives us much more options than Yaya in that position.   He tracks back and actually helped control the midfield.

Chelsea did give a masterclass of shutting a game down in the second half mind you.

Still want the season over though.

And there's talk of him being shifted on at the end of the season

Delph looked like the player we bought from Villa a couple of years ago.

MOTM yesterday and scored a cracking goal. Hopefully this will be the start of his City career

Based on his performance yesterday,he should be staying rather than offer yaya an extra 12 months. He did the short passes well, has a decent engine and good shot. If Yaya's surging runs, great long passes and free kicks are over, no need to keep him on.

had a very good game yesterday & by all accounts on Weds night. Still yet to see that game. My only nervy moment with Delph was some of his passing especially sideways were telegraphed & twice he put us in serious trouble. Agree he can do the job of Toure more efficiently, but only if he improves his fitness record. Missed too many games for my liking.
