Kyle walker

Post by Topdawg on Sun Apr 09, 2017 9:24 am

hearing that trippier may soon overtake walker as number 1 RB for the spuds making walker available for sale. Would you pay £30M+ for a RB that may not be first choice for their own club? Wasn't Trippier one of our old boys?

Mee seems to be doing alright at Burnley. Another old boy.

Kieran has improved no end since then and he had a top class zabaleta with the right back berth to contend with
If we allow Maffeo to go the same way when we don't have a premier league quality right back at the club, that will be infuriating

There was no way he could displace zabba or crystali. But we should have had but back clauses. Big mistake

As Rich said....I think he has seriously improved since the days we had him. Playing at Burnley made him a better player, now he looks to have taken the next step. Agree, he wouldn't have been good enough at the time he played for us.

As for Walker....I'd definitely take Walker for £30m - it's a no-brainer for me.

Think also Rich, Keiran was third in line behind Zabba & Micah. I remember Lee1pen of the 606 fame was always saying how good he was in our under 18 side.
