Man killed by car burglars in Chorlton

Whilst the police openly admit that they won't even bother to investigate most burglaries, criminals are quite happy to take their chances committing aggressive burglaries that can lead to tragic results.

I really wish there would be a major reversal of this policy so that criminals know that they'll be chased and, if convicted, the prison sentences are long and hard.
