Been a while since anyone posted on here....but trying out a new recipe that I've not done before.

Homemade meatballs (pork and beef), but you can buy them if you're lazy! If you want the recipe for the meatballs, let me know. Fry off the meatballs for 8 mins until brown then remove.

Cook the Oregano, Dried Chilli Flakes, a tiny bit of fresh homegrown Thyme, garlic and Onions until browned (in Rapeseed Oil and then drain off 3/4 of the oil) and then add Tomato Sauce (basic Ragu)....and a quarter of a glass of red wine (cook for 5 mins).

Transfer the meatballs into a baking dish and top the Ragu sauce over them, coating all the meatballs. Place in the oven on 150C for 60 mins...then add torn up Mozarella and cover in Parmesan Cheese. Bake for another 10 mins.

In the meantime, boil your fresh Pasta (any that you prefer - see cooking instructions) then pour the meatballs and sauce over a large serving dish containing the pasta....fresh basil and an extra drizzle of oil and Parmesan......serve with garlic or fresh crusty bread. Anyone can follow this recipe and it's gorgeous. Wink
