We've not been too shabby since he's been out maybe a blessing in disguise in that it lets other players step up.

Think he's fit, probably just serving his Pep suspension for being a bit of a cock on International duty, when it wasn't needed.

Don't think he'll risk him if he's not needed.

You might be right, sorta had that feeling too. It's one of the thing I like about Pep no player is too big too be dropped if they don't perform or tow the line. Too many managers have their favourites who given too much leway. With Manchi it was Mario & with Pellers it was Yaya. Pep is fair though if they player performs then they force their way into the team.
