Has to be a piss-take???

Sanchez is worth no more than £20m...Sterling is well into the £100m bracket. Can you see Arsenal paying us £80m plus Sanchez??? Razz Razz Razz Razz Razz Razz Razz Razz Razz Razz Razz

And why would Sterling want to leave City or Pep want to let him go? He's our top scorer!!

why would he go to a club whose manager accuses him of being a diver. the manager has not got the balls to admit he was wrong & say sorry even though every ex professional ref I have seen interviewed has said it was a definite penalty. Pundits alike ( some even played for him have stated he should apologize & that he is wrong, yet he continues to repeatedly knock Sterling. Yes can see sterling going there for the love...

Yeah... This isn't going to happen.  A total non-story.  Sterling would only be assured a place in the starting 11 because he's streets ahead of every player they have bar the one we're relieving them of.

We'll probably offer them twenty mill for Sanchez and nothing else.

Arsenal won't spend that much on a single player either.

Why not just wait til summer and pick him up for nowt? Not as if we are in desperate need of his services right now. If, as stated, he is keen to re-join Pep at City then he wont mind waiting to the end of the season

Cover for potential injuries to the strikers and wingers.

Makes sense imo. £20m is nothing. Why hedge your bets and cross your fingers that we'll go all season without any major injuries? Too risky and a gamble when fighting on 4 fronts.

if they insist o n more than £20m, we can always offer £20,000,001.00 that they offered to liverpool for Suarez...   that would be nice..  :p

Pep should talk about this in his next prezza. Maybe mention that Arsenal can’t afford £120M that it wo Lad cost to buy Raheem. Maybe mention that Arsenal just talk about buying players to help their season ticket sales. Maybe say that Arsenal are happy with top 4 whilst city, and raheem, have bigger targets. And then say raheem isn’t for sale at any price

lol!

Can you imagine Whinger's face if we did that!!

Seriously, given current form, coupled with the utterly insane money floating around, and factoring in the usual uplift for an English player that seems to be the norm, Sterling must be worth £100 million at the very least.  That's more than twice what they paid for Lacazette.  Can you see them offering that? No, me neither.
