Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
Freezing my nads off in Switzerland. Nearly never made it because of the snow as a skidded down the motorway on Friday. Need a big city win to warm me up.

Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
I reckon he should rest Vinny, Leroy and Ferdie they are all 1 yellow card way from a ban. We should be far to strong for the hammers with or without those 3

We should be but we are still city Nijinsky. Get a commanding lead and then rest them perhaps?

Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
Very narrow....we're playing into their hands. KDB, Aguero, Sterling...all trying to take the same space.
Hug the fucking touchline.....it may mean the likes of Delph may get space on the edge of the area...or KDB!

Is it any surprise Dawg, when we gone from the same team, to a team that has different changes? Since Stones was injured..we've swapped and changed....keep the same team, same momentum.

Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
Sloppy, poor passing, no urgency in pressing, lots of complacency & always in danger from a set piece by the hammers. Without an early goal or two its repeat of the last two games.

Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
Some players who've been rested, look rusty.
KDB really needs to start finding some form...as that's 3 or 4 games now, where he's not influencing the game.
Thankfully, it's on Spanish TV here....and I'll get to see the end before my taxi picks me up for the airport.

I could have stayed at the Xmas market if I'd known the first half would be this bad

I can only hope that Pep puts a rocket up their arse at halftime otherwise we will be lucky to get more than a point out of this.

Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
I keep repeating we tend to really struggle in Dec and Jan year on year. Scrape a win any which way we can and hope we show earlier form next week. Will take a point at the swamp on this form.

1-0 down, this has resulted from poor pass, after poor pass straight to the opposition. Ground hog day.

They've finally woken up, but why do they have to do this the hard way.

The only positive I can find & I'm stretching it here is that Mangala hasn't been completely w**k. Nobody has covered themselves in glory though.

Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
Some of the senior players need to be grabbing this game by the scruff of the neck...Silva, Aguero, KDB....not relying on a late Sterling goal...or a bit of Sane magic.
Too many 'big' players are going missing in games recently and it's took a bit of magic to get a result. This can't keep happening. Today, we've been absolutely fucking awful on the ball. Silva, KDB...both playing like strikers, sitting on their CB's.....get Silva or KDB deeper to start creating moves and get Sterling and Sane hugging the fucking touchline!!
Get Jesus on....not sure what's happened to Sergio, but he's looked lost for 4 games now.
Pep needs to get into them at HT. It's one thing conceding from a set piece, that happens, but we've been shite in the final third. No movement or players taking ownership for their roles.....will this be the day that our luck runs out? Let's face it, possession is one thing, but we've hardly played well for the past 4 weeks.

Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
Delph hasn't done too badly breaking up the play, but our passing has been dreadful, our wingers aren't running past their man and all the players who aren't on the ball are standing still. Why won't Sane run at Zaba, he's miles faster! Why is Spanish Dave not finding space? Sterling is trying, but he's being marked out of the game because Sane isn't threat, KdB is missing and Aguero might as well have a sit down and a cup of tea for all the difference it makes.
I'm freezing my nuts off here. I may well go home if this doesn't improve.

Re: City vs West Ham- LIVE!
I don't think it's a question of tactics. When the movement is slow & passing accuracy is poor you can only look at the performance of the players. When we went one goal behind the players reacted, but that pretty pointless in the 48th minute. If we had played like that from the first minute we would be 1 or 2 nil up at least. Oh & I think Danillo is useless at LB.
