NYCFC win 2-0 in the NY derby...

I watched this on Saturday...Viera's really changed the team around, with lots of youngsters. The energy and pressing rate was very very impressive. It was a non-stop game that NYC could have won by more. Villa is still class and runs his socks off. Pirlo didn't even get on.
They're 3rd now in the East Coast league having played a game less.

What do you think of viera's chances of community by back to manage us?

I think he's a potential long-term prospect after Pep. Wouldn't surprise me if in Pep's final year, Viera was to become his assistant. All depends how he does in the MLS....but he's improved the team no-end since his arrival and is giving kids a chance....like Harrison, the young English lad who scored the first. He's a bit like Roberts, but not as quick.

My only concern would be that Pep stay for a few more years and Viera gets tempted by another good opportunity elsewhere. But, we'd just move onto another top manager.

I'd be surprised if Pep stayed more than 3 years...all depends on whether we win the CL or not and where we are after this season.

Even though he says he's very happy in Manchester, I don't believe him. If we're knocking on the door of the CL, he may stay a year or two longer. If we win it within two years, why would he stay?
