Jermain Defoe Empty Jermain Defoe

Post by Wensdi Mon Mar 27, 2017 6:20 pm

Only just read about the little boy Bradley whose idol is Jermain Defoe and Bradley's struggle with terminal cancer.  So moved by it - and hats off to Defoe for giving of his time to be with the little boy.  Also plaudits to Everton for donating 200K to the fund.

Glad to see Defoe scored from Sterling's assist yesterday.  I've decided I like Jermain Defoe now - I'm sure there are more footballers like him who we haven't read about yet.

Jermain has suffered more than his own share of tragedies. Hats off to him.

TBH each PL player could donate 50 grand and it wouldn't make a tiny dent in their finances

Did you see Joe Hart (who was Capt) let Defoe and Bradley walk the team out from the tunnel...great touch from little Joe.

He's such a nice guy. Was probably thinking how that would be reported when he flapped at the pub teams striker!! Lol.

joe was only thinking of the little boy. Didn't want to do A BRAVO  & drop him whilst carrying him out.
