My claim to fame, Cheggers Plays Pop circa 1980, recorded at the old Oxford Road studios.  Oh and I was on Chef for the Night on channel 4 in about 98, when they filmed at the Barinda in Wilmslow, that was our regular curry haunt back in the day.

Played at Maine Road 3 times.....but 1986 against Derby Boys. Won 3-0, set up two goals and made The Pink as MOTM...even though I rounded the keeper and tapped it in, thinking I'd scored, only for a CB to clear it off the line! So I never got to score at Maine Road....but did score a penalty at Ibrox against a Scotland U18 team, before the game got abandoned for a flooded pitch at 1-1!

Played at The Etigad in a charity game many years ago. David White took the piss out of me.

I was an extra in an episode of "Harry" starring Michael Elphick as the freelance local newspaper owner. got paid 40 quid for that & had to sign a disclaimer. Was to be in a scene at a restaurant. Prior to filming they said if you are asked to eat something, depending on how many takes, you had to keep doing the same thing in each take. So I starved myself Just in case.

My scene: to leave the restaurant like I had just finished the meal>>>>> I was starving until they brought round some sandwiches after filming.
