They're not wrong. He can be way too greedy, and I suspect this may be a hangover from his days at Leicester, especially in the season following them winning the league, after almost all the decent players had shipped out and it was down to him and Vardy to maintain some momentum.

I'm sure he'll get it eventually, just like Sterling et al did.  But right now, he's not picking it up quickly enough to be entertained in crucial games and that's only going to hurt him.
