Rodri signs
Good news. By all accounts a quality player as Fern 2.0. Glad this business is done.

Re: Rodri signs
New record signing let's hope the rags get Maguire for 90m for us to laugh at.
I also see us wanting Nathan Ake from Bournemouth is starting to gain some coverage, think he would be a much better buy than Maguire, shows a lot of potential.

Don't want Maguire. I think he's another bullet to be dodged. Need a much better ball player.

Re: Rodri signs
Not seen anything of Rodri if I’m honest, but given that our previous targets were Fred and Jorginho, the bar’s not been set too high for him to be a hit. Quite optimistic on this one.

All the research I've done on Rodri make me feel excited. His stats make excellent reading and some decent people have sung his praises. The fact that we stopped the chase for Ndombele for Rodri speaks volumes to me.

Re: Rodri signs
On the BBC website it says Rodri signed for 62.8 million pounds. Yet if you go on the BBC website transfer page he suddenly cost 68.5 million!!!!!!

Re: Rodri signs
just checked it again and it is definitely 2 pound signs. also 62.8 million pounds according to currency converter equates to just over 70 million.

Re: Rodri signs
so where does the bbc get 68.5 million (on their July transfer page) ??? when the headline on the main page is City Sign Rodri from Atletico for 62.8 million pounds. Then if as you say Atletico are saying 70 million euro which is the buy out that means the transfer page of 68.5 million is totally false.
