Incredible player, he will be sadly missed! Phil Foden is a great prospect but will never be able to fill El Magico’s boots, very few could.

Part of me hope he signs a year extension and part of me sees a great opportunity for Foden. Also if Doyle continues to get games and improve who will he be a shoe in for when they leave.

same here Lee, my heart would love him to extend to another year but my head accepts that his (and others) time is coming to an end and we have to re-build around new players. We will always have the memories of Silva, Toure (s), Aguero, Kompany and Zabaletta etc as we had Bell, Lee, Summerbee, Young, Doyle etc
