Problem with CH though lee is he's currently managing in the Championship after being shafted by Newcastle. If however, he gets Brum promoted then yeah he's worth a shot but the FA will probably argue he's not got enough experience (which is a fair point).

BFS and Woy would be my 2 candidates but BFS's even more bent than 'Arry' and again is only managing a Championship club plus the FA hate him, so he's struggling. Now Woy is my favourite, he's managed and done well at big teams both and abroard and will command respect from all Prem players, but we all know the FA will see others before him.
