wba, sunderland and now this. losing 4 out of 8 is bad news.

Is it me seeing everything thru blue glasses. I saw a penalty given for no reason whatsoever I saw 2 footed tackles by the red scum that made vinnies look like a girls tackle totally ignored by the twat in charge. I saw at least 2 cast iron penalties that wern't given, and few other yellow card offences totally missed

Am I being paranoid or are all the refs we get total wankers ?

Agree with all comments re: Ref. Apalling display of ineptitude both halves. First half I was wondering how many bad or contemptibly cynical challenges were required before the mandatory yellow...10? Once again Charlie 'Manson' Adam gets free rein to kick whatever he wants...because he's such a wee cheeky chap isn't he, eh? Bless.

On the plus side, don't think we could have played first half much worse, and 1-0 at 'half time' is certainly doable even at theirs.

Added to this, despite our cruddy form and volley of reds from the powers that be recently, we are still top of the league and in with a good shout of the final. We're riding the rough patch (just) - I am confident we will come through.

First,we were not the only team playing to-night and the ref at Spurs game was just as poor as Mason,three cast iron penalties denied in that game.
Second,Bobby better sort something out Spurs are coming at us like an express train,the only thing that is separating us is we have a far superior goal difference,but if we keep on with performances like to-night we will need more than goal difference.It was dire,some players should start to show their mettle.Micah,Joe and Jimmy Milner and Lescott were the only ones worth their places!!

Overall, i think we can all admit it was an extremely poor performance last night but let's remember we're only 1 nil down. I'd like to think atleast we can't play any worse in the 2nd leg and hopefully we'll be able to turn things around at Klu Klux KlAnfield.

I'm sure wins against Wigin and the Spuds will change the mood a little and bring the confidence back.

I think the team, well certain players, let Mancini down lastnight. AJ , sorry, but you whined and moaned about not getting a chance etc... where've you been these last few games? Maybe Mancini should have played AJ through the middle, or Nasri from the start? it's harder to change a game once it's gone pear shaped

NDJ ? sorry, but he's in need of a wake up call, he was pants, we should get Nasri in the middle,(when Silva's not playing) atleast he's started to show some gonads on the pitch, Let Milner do the YaYa role, push Richards into the middle, Zabba on the right, AJ can atleast do his thing with Zabba, and Richards can storm thru the middle a la YaYa like he did lastnight, Milner can cover and vice versa.... whatever, our spine last night was toothless and 1 dimensional until Nasri came on, Mancini must realise this?
I hope we punish Wigan at the weekend, we need an away win!
