SSN this morning Paul McCarthy, Tevez's media advisor says that Tevez fully intends to make himself available to City, and wants to help them win the title!

Fuck it, i'll go back to City then. Yeah, i'm sure he can't wait to pull on a City shirt again, after all he "needs" to but doesn't "want" to.

I personally don't think this says anything about Tevez wanting to come back to City at all, it sounds more like he's got no friggin choice as no-one else'll take him. Perhaps i'm reading it wrong!

Shame he wasn't so up for helping us in the CL.

Still, reading that article, it seems there's a degree of contrition on Tevez's part, which means he's realised he's being a silly bollocks and he's prepared to make amends. Either that or he's getting a bit skint.

Of course, the acid test is whether he can win us fans over again - and it helps that he's not playing for Arsenal, those gooners don't half know how to hold onto a grudge...

Wouldn't suprise me if he starts coming out with George Orwell quotes soon with some of the PRing that's obviously going on behind the scenes with the guy.

I'm sure there will equal amounts of for and againsts re: Tevez, but inthink all of us, including Mancini and Tevez are prepared to swallow a little pride if it means we can win the title, and resurrect a stalled career to boot. There's only winners from this situation, it makes sense all round, just a shame it's had to be such an exercise of teeth pulling in public

He should apologise in public, but obviously the main form of apology would be delivering on the pitch.

We all know he is the type of player that could grab our stuttering form by the scruff of the neck and pull us to the title - but has he got the character to do so when he will ineviatebly be given a hard time by fans at least at first?

The other thing is that he can't be anywhere near fit, but if we can have him ready for the derby and he grabs a hat trick I'm sure we can all go at least some way to forgiving him.

they say he is 3 weeks away from being fully fit. basically, that means he won't be match fit until the end of march.

at least we don't have any league matches for a couple of weeks and this may show balotelli that he can't just fuck about and walk back into the team

On SSN Argentinian tv interview:
Tevez tells interviewer that "Mancini treated ms like a dog"
He didn't like the way Mancini spoke to him during the Munich incident, swearing at him etc....
Well, it's not going to help his transition back into the team giving interviews like that is it?!!

maybe it got lost in translation and mancini wanted him to put a foot in front....

I saw that interview on Sky Sports too Beware. Its just a load of cobblers - he's trying not to lose face with the fans - saying that we are burning his shirt and bad mouthing him on Twitter etc. He's blaming Bobby for the whole thing. Funny that Edin didn't blame Bobby - just apologized and got on with things.

The only way the fans will accept him (somewhat) is if he comes back, shuts up - and performs for the team. Even then - some will not forgive him.
