Re: Good RVP story
Go to Juventus......and be forgotten forever.
Go to Utd........and win as much as Arsenal do.
Go to City........and win trophies.
No brainer really!

Makes me laugh about the bile towards Nasri. The fact the gooners all call him Na$ri. And then there's that photo of him holding the PL trophy.
Maybe he came for the money. But he's staying for the silverware.

Re: Good RVP story
the arse fans need an excuse for players leaving. they needed someone to latch onto to vent their bile knowing that they'd struggle again this season. nasri was the one they chose because fab had stayed an extra year.
but nasri was right. not only did he have a better chance of winning trophies at city, they were paying him double money. even without the extra money, it would still have been a good move for him.
RVP is facing the same conundrum. He's 29, not gonna get another huge payday deal after the next one and he wants to win trophies.
let's say he stays at the top of his game for another 3 years. are arsenal likely to be good enough and consistent enough to overtake city in that period? i hardly think so.

Re: Good RVP story
You can't blame Nasri for leaving, after the promise of trophies for 5 years, he had the chance to not only win something, but get a hefty payrise too....... no brainer, fucking hypocrites, who would turn down the chance of doubling your salary and working in an exciting, upwardly mobile environment?
After the jeers Nasri got at Emirates, he quite rightly voiced is ire at the boo boys, taunting them with the champions trophy.
Looks like we're odds on to land RVP, while he's a good striker, I wonder if we really need him, and will he upset out dynamic? what we really need is another Yaya and Vinny.... RVP will no doubt score goals, I'd prefer him to go to Barca or Real to be honest, and get someone else who has a few years left on the clock, our priority should be a winger, Hazard, then cover for Yaya and Vinny.
