Just heard that Modric can leave Spurs,Ashley Cole is leaving Chelsea,Messi can go,and guess where they are all going to?A little club in East Manchester!.We are now not too sure about Robin Van Persie(which in my mind is good news) he is 29 and has had one good year in eight,so he would be a bit of a gamble.

On the upper side though David Silva has said he never thought that he would be playing the kind of football that he now is,and it is all down to being with City( the little club in E.Manchester).This lad must be worth his weight in gold,What other world class player has ever endorsed his club with a comment like that? The sooner he signs the better, and who knows which other players will read his comments and want to be a part of the Blue takeover of Manchester.I hope Fergie gets the message now!!

juve haven't got the money to finance his move to italy. they posted a loss of £74M last year so would struggle to get over £15M on the fee and just couldn't afford the rumoured £200K per week.

Be a big shame to lose NDJ, I don't know why he'd leave a title winning side, to go to another team where he'll be sat on the bench just as much, probably more considering he was sub for a time last season because he was injured and took time getting back to 100%. But seeing as he has the same slimeball agent as Tevez I wonder if it's just posturing for a better contract? or his agent wanting his 10%?
I don't think RVP's worth more than £15M to be honest, think if we do want him, then we should not get drawn into a bidding war with UTD, just make an offer and let him decide in his own time, we don't want to be lumbered with someone injury prone, especially if we off load Dzeko.
Midfield cover for Yaya is what we need, and for Kompany, so reports of NDJ going isn't ideal! we scored more than anyone last season with Tevez gone for 6months and Aguero having his 1st season, I think the same settled side should be kept and added to in midfield and defence, Aguero and Mario should step up their game another notch next season, and Tevez for a full season will give Aguero not only a run for his money, but a great intelligent floating link up man.

i wouldn't want us going past £20M - even that is too much as it stop us doing business elsewhere when we don't really need the player.

the rights issue should raise £94M for the rags to pay off some debt so they will have a bit more cash from next year if they can get dumb fucks to buy worthless shares.

Rumour has it that Taggert in no way wants RVP and is only doing it to push the price up. As for Moura.....this kid is seriously good. Would rather we sell 3 players including Tevez or Dzeko and get this kid for £35m.

Utd have had the £26m offer flatly refused, unless they meet a much higher valuation Moura ain't going nowhere!

My only concern so far is Nigel.I honestly do not thinke that we could replace him at any price.It has been very quiet from City about any movement so in fairness maybe it is all media talk,I hope so he seems very settled here and his contribution was top class last season,especially in the last 5 minutes against QPR:)

City have apparently bid £13m for Liverpool CB Danial Agger, do we think this'll be a good signing folks? I'm split, on one hand i don't know if he's any better than Lescott but on the other we do need a quality 3rd CB for added competion.

Adebayor could leave for nowt, as RVP won't come if he's still at the club, that could be around an £28m loss, i hope RVP repays us if this materailises.

I prefer to think of him as being better than Toure and Savic and a good addition to Lescott and Vinny.

i can't understand why Lescott would have to up his game. He became a regular for city and towards the end of season the preferred partner to terry in the england team. contrary to what some fans were saying last pre season, he not only raised the bar on his own performances but he almost went the whole season injury free which considering his record was a bonus. i thought kompany & Lescott formed a really good central defensive partnership. Yes we can all highlight the odd mistake. I can also remember a couple from VK but hey ho that is football. Agger would be a good aquisition granted but better than Lescott,? not in my book.

at the start of the season, there were many fans expressing their disappointment with VK's form and saying that Lezza looked better at that time.

So we were outwitted by SAF in our last minute attempt to sign Chilean teenage striker Angelo Enriquez, a Man U target according to the Daily Mirror.

I have never heard of this kid or of any attempt by City to sign him, is this the Mirror creating stories or SAF trying to stir it?
