Re: Paulinho & Balotelli
Balotelli should be fourth choice striker out of the four we have available.
Let him go on loan (prefer to sell him) and let Guidetti be 4th choice striker when he is fully fit. I'd rather play a U18 kid up front than that waste of space Balotelli

Re: Paulinho & Balotelli
The problem with him going out on loan is, he'll probably be just as fuckin useless and inept for Milan and end up back with us at the end of the season because they've decided they don't want him afterall......plus, i bet we'd still be paying the majority of his wages too.
I'd honestly rather let him go on the cheap knowing he'll never ever end up being back in a City shirt.

I agree Shaken.
Pointless letting him go out on loan otherwise we are just going to have another Roque, Adebayor and Bridge on our hands.

Re: Paulinho & Balotelli
So do I. I'd only loan out players who would benefit from the game time and improve our squad, such as we did with Little Joe and Guidetti. Loaning players to save us money hasn't worked out too well.
To be fair, Adebayor made a decent enough case for the spuds to buy him, it's just that they weren't willing to meet his wage demands. Which is funny, because if being at City was as awful as he made out, surely he'd take a cut to get out? It's not like he'd be dropping below the breadline or anything, sixty grand a week is hardly poverty.
As for Bridge, isn't it funny how he's a great player in the fizzy pop league

BBC Sport earlier;
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini insists Mario Balotelli has a future at the club and says: "Balotelli has enormous quality, he is not for sale.
"He has the quality to change a game at any time. I hope this moment will come soon."

I cannot fucking believe the statement from Mancini in regards to Balotelli.
It really does astound and bemuse me.
There has been NOTHING to show is ability.
FUCKING WASTE OF A PLAYER.

Re: Paulinho & Balotelli
Oh, well that's the death knell on his City career then. It's just like when managers say "(insert name) will be an excellent asset once he overcomes his injury problem". The moment will never arrive.joemanton wrote:"He has the quality to change a game at any time. I hope this moment will come soon."

Re: Paulinho & Balotelli
Well, he's not going to say "come and buy this fucking useless waste of talent, Im washing my hands of him... Mario, you're dead to me... goodbye!" is he now?
We want to get as a good a bargaining position as possible, so we can atleast recoup the £24M? we spent on him!
If Mario had the balls, guts and determination of Zaba, Milner, Tevez, Aguero, Silva, (I mean, look at Silva, tackles, tracks back, takes punishment for the team!) then he would be banging them in, but he's too determined to play this Italian mentality, of falling over, so when he does actually get a rocket up the arse from Mancini on occasion, and put a shift in, (FA CUP? distant fucking memory now) EURO's!!! even( well fuck me if we weren't all expecting this new Mario to show up....zzzzzzzz)
NO.... Fuck off Mario, you've had you're chance, chance, chance, chance.....etc...
GET RID!!!!
It reminds me of when I was at college, we had 2 teams I was usually in the 2nd team ( defence) but on occasion I'd get called up to the 1st team, as a replacement for someone injured, I knew I wasn't no hot shit player, but I grafted, read the game well, never shirked from a tackle and chipped in with the odd goal ( a la Zaba) but we had the poncey strikers, more concerned with hair gel and getting mud on thier boots than playing for the team, and fell over theatrically, really used to fuck me off no end, well, I'm having flashbacks a plenty now! ( funnily enough my college was in Moss Side... )
Talent alone is not enough, any future signings need to be mentally fit and team players, no more mavericks

Bewar3,
"Well, he's not going to say "come and buy this fucking useless waste of talent, Im washing my hands of him... Mario, you're dead to me... goodbye!" is he now?"
Brilliant Bewar3, just brilliant
By the way, you are of course bang on mate. Both Mancini and Marios agent HAVE to say how brilliant he is and how much of an asset he is to the club, or we really would recoupe next to kak all for him.

Re: Paulinho & Balotelli
Very true, but Bobby's comment on his moment coming soon is preceded by the statement, "He is not for sale." Now either that's a statement of fact or he's playing games. Either way, we missed the window in the summer, we should've got shot then really.

Re: Paulinho & Balotelli
Aguero, Tevez, Dzeko are the strikers we should be persevering with obviously and i would also give game time to Guidetti rather than Balotelli as mentioned by dawg.
Balotelli has not shown anything this season that repays Mancini's faith in him and his insistance that the lad will come good is beginning to make Mancini look bad as a manager too.
I don't want us to end up like Chelski and change managers with the wind and i know we won the title under Mancini last season but....
I honestly belive we won the title despite Mancini and not because of him. Any top European manager would have achieved the same with that squad and probably not simply on goal difference.
His loyalty to Balotelli along with some of his tactics and substitutions have left me baffled at times both last season and so far this season.
If he wins nothing this year then i think he has to go and he can take his protige with him!!

Re: Paulinho & Balotelli
It matters for fuck all whatever the agents or Mancini say about him, his prospective buyers are not fucking blind retards are they?
They and everyone else can see what a fucking useless sack of fucking wank shit that cunt really is.
It makes my blood boil that that fucker is still at City, and no matter how anyone spins it, NOBODY will want to take that diabolical player off our hands.

I said Paxman, not Clarkson!
Oh, wait... There's not much to pick between them, is there?
Yeah, so when I take over the country, I'm putting you in charge of the Home Office. You'll have plenty of opportunity to give Paxman a verbal assaulting in between getting rich bastards to cough up some dough and get lazy fuckers who wouldn't know a days work if it punched them in the leg to give up their organs.

Politics would be a pefect vocation for Vince or perhaps the Diplomatic Corps?"........what a fucking useless sack of fucking wank shit that cunt really is"
British Ambassador to North Korea might be interesting?
However, i do entirely agree with the sentiment.
