How many more times do we have to see this before the powers that be realise that it's not actually hard to implement and yet is something that costs the clubs on a regular basis without it?

And the additional officials are bob useless. Just put some bloody tech in place!

It was impossble for the assistant to be in place to look along the line where he would have clearly seen the ball IN the goal because he was still 10 yards away racing towards the corner flag when it occurred, fecking joke.
