Fabregas? How many more creative midfielders do we need?

Talk in the papers of Fabregas being offloaded by Barca for £25M Arsenal have 1st option though and would he come to City over Arsenal and Utd.?

We could have an awesome squad of attacking/creative midfielders next season if these all come off:

Silva, Navas, Isco, Fabregas, Nasri, Yaya

Can't see him coming to City tbh, but then again, I can't see him wanting a return to the Arse.
If Nasri stays, then we won't go for him anyway....it's that simple imo.

Isco will do, we don't need anymore midfielders.

Isn't Navas a wide player(winger) while isco is more a central attacking midfielder?

I'm thinking of playing a 3-5-2 formation with Yaya as the middle of the three at the back. That's the only way he'll get into my team with those players!

And who in their right mind's gonna play Yaya in that role too, irrespective of other players playin in midfield.

It was the only way i could squeeze those 6 players into my team and have Aguero and Cavani up front.

I'd be shocked if we don't buy Isco and at least one other MF. We need our MF to create more chances.

I accept that we probably created enough chances this year but failed to stick them away. That should change next season if we get Cavani though.

With Neymar moving to Barca, there is even less chance of Fabregas getting into their team. If Barca play with a DM, then there are 5 attacking spots left. 4 will surely go to Messi, Neymar, Xavi and Iniesta leaving just one spot up for grabs.

This summer sure looks like it'll be crazy in the transfer market.

I don't like that idea Jordan.

The hope against that is the reports that Arsenal will get 50% of the transfer fee if he doesn't go back to them. Barca want most of their initial outlay back (£25M) so may price him around £40M+.
