Can't believe he is finally coming! If you scan the archives I was crying out for Navas on here a couple of years back (maybe 606). Class player, and will do wonders in the Prem.

I am 101% confident that Isco will be coming to City. The reason that I am certain is that Malaga waived the buy out clause for Pellegrini (£2.5M).

Why on earth would they do that as City would happily pay that sort of money?

Accounting reasons. If they pay the compensation for the manager, it hits the accounts straight away. If they pay an extra £2.5M for Isco, the the cost is spread over the length of his contract (say 5 years) and only hits as 500k per year.

Just need to find a bookies offering odds that Isco will be coming to City...

As soon as Mancini was sacked, and the boys jetted off to NYC and won those 2 games, using youth, I began to feel a damn sight happier! The whole post FA Cup City, have been very professional, from team, up to chairman, there's been hardly any negativity, and it's all about looking to the future, employing youth, getting in good players, and keeping all our stars, so far, pretty much job done, all our top players have committed to City, shrugged off the Likes of RM and Barca speculation, and atleast we have this stability going forward for the new manager, and new players to feel confident in coming to City!
I look forward to going to NY in the coming years and seeing NYC play too!

I'm positively wetting myself in anticipation. Jesus almost in, with Isco to follow. And we haven't stopped there. I'll be mightily surprised if we don't get another top forward (hopefully Cavani) and a quality CB.

I'd take Navas, Isco and Cavanni, Richards moves in to more CB next season.
