Great EDS goal

Blimey!  I bet we could've played the EDS against Norwich's first team and still won comfortably.

We may even have scored more goals!

Some decent players in that squad....however, I think the U18's are still unbeaten this season....all bodes well.

Surely that's not right, Bluey!  I mean, according to those who support the Salford Rovers, we've never produced anybody ever and never will because our academy is shite.

That said, those same people said the owners would get bored and leave, that we never fill our stadium ever, that we'd never win any trophies ever and that our first team is a collective of overpaid mercs who don't care about the club.  I recall some other stuff too, although it's all become a haze filtered through a veil of tears.  Tears of laughter.

And I've also seen the same people say stuff about history and trophies and trusting the manager that everyone else is laughing at...

So does that mean our academy is good then?

Only reply I can make Leo, is......yes, we have an awesome academy...and they'll then say, "but we beat you this season, which means ours is better".....

It wasn't so much the finish that i was impressed with, it was the through ball that split them open and made the goal.....passed through the eye of a needle, pure brilliance.

Indeed.  It was a through ball worthy of the magician himself.  I wonder if he's been coaching these lads?
