They want to shorten the name from "Hull City" to "Hull Tigers".  Which seems a bit odd to me, as that's actually longer.  It brings this to mind:

No, not really.  But he is the latest in a growing line of wealthy business types who seem to think they know what's best for their club and invest waaaaaaay too much of their time meddling with something for no other reason than because they think they'll get some money out of it.

When I look at all those owners, it makes me glad that our current owners appear to only be involved in doing things that enhance the club's reputation.

Anyway, don't worry about JD's past financial history, that's all done and dusted.  Your beloved Shakers live to fight another day and that's nothing but good news  Very Happy

You are of course right leo, things could be alot worse. Just need to secure our FL status this season now Embarassed  (and sort some decent friggin drainage out)...then i think we might be in for a couple of good seasons. Here's hoping!
