Hart to Stoke??
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/manchester-city-plot-transfer-joe-2850657?
Nah, i'm not having this, really hope it's crappy paper talk.
Think we can all agree that Joe's had a few iffy games of late, but all keepers do. Does MP think Begovic has never made any mistakes or something?
Now i'm not saying Begovic isn't good here, because he is, but if he was that good why is he still at Stoke 3yrs after joining.
Why would Joe Hart go to Stoke anyway?.....think i'd tell MP to piss off if he asked me.
Will Pants be happy to play 2nd fiddle to someone again?......can't see it really.
I'm starting to slowly dislike this fella.

Re: Hart to Stoke??
Trouble is if your manager doesn't rate you things get difficult.
Looks at Mata at Chelski with the Special One.
If it was a straight swap I've not too much of a problem with it, but Hart and 15m is just taking the ultimate P1ss.
I'm with you Shaken but we appear to be in the minority about MP. Other than harmonize the dressing room he's not setting the world alight.
Lets just hope it is Red Top tittle tattle.

Indeed. Especially since he'd be going to a Stoke side managed by Hughes, the man who bought Shay Given and farmed Hart out to Birmingham for a season.shakencity wrote:Why would Joe Hart go to Stoke anyway?.....think i'd tell MP to piss off if he asked me.
Read the article again, Blistering. It's not Hart plus £15m, it's a straight £15m for Begovic and Hart goes on loan. Although I'd argue £15m for Begovic is just crazy talk - Liverpool paid £9m for Mignolet who, in my opinion, is a better keeper.blisteringblue wrote:If it was a straight swap I've not too much of a problem with it, but Hart and 15m is just taking the ultimate P1ss.
Anyway, it's all bollocks. Hart is playing tomorrow night, apparently. Plus, we can't let him go, even on loan, because we'd fall foul of the homegrown rule.

Re: Hart to Stoke??
Tbh blisterin, i get why Hart got dropped....i think we all do. But talk of him being loaned out to Stoke and spending £15m on Begovic is imo abit of an over-reaction.
Also, if this deal goes through, what happens at the end of the season when Harts loan is up?

Re: Hart to Stoke??
If Hart would have played on Sunday....this crap wouldn't be in the papers.
MP has said, "Joe needs a rest"....now, whether we like it or not, MP has rested him. So when he says rest..that's not 1 game out then bring him back in...it's a few weeks at least to get his head back in the game...and if he didn't rate Joe, why play him on Weds? Why not extend his 'rest' as Pants has hardly played?
It's bollocks for me...and there is NO WAY that Begovic is a better keeper than Joe Hart....NO WAY.

I know talk about a man playing with a noose around his neck. It is a good game to come back for mind you. We can play without any fear.

Re: Hart to Stoke??
I like that team blue but it wont happen i'm afraid. As unlikely as it may seem, we still have a chance to top the group. It will be difficult to beat Bayern away but not impossible and i cant see MP playing such a weakened team while the top spot is still achievable although it's not by any means a 'weak' team. However, i will probably be completely wrong

Probably. Pellers, like Bobby, is as easy to read as a book located fifty miles away, inside a lead case. And just to make it trickier, you've been blindfolded. After having your eyes removed.
I think we'll be looking to win this one, because there's every chance that Bayern will field a weaker team and Moscow might want some pride.
