I say FUCK BARCA OFF and stick that £35-£40M bid in and make them pay through the nose for him.

They cannot get away with trying to get Fabregas, Sanchez and Rossi on the cheap because they can't 'afford' them.

If they can't afford the full price on all three, just buy one or two.

There's no doubt that City could offer Sanchez and his present club the best financial package, whether they have actually done this or want to do this is another matter.

Now the way i see this is,
If City have offered what they consider to be their "best & final offer" and he's still intent on going to Barca, then fuck him off now and move on to someone else.

However, If City haven't done this yet and he's still not signed for Barca, then obviously there's still time for negotiations with both the player/club and his agent (maybe that's what they're waiting for). Until he actually puts pen to paper, there's still a chance.

Jeez, if after all this he does sign for City, i hope he's not shit.
