Stephen Ireland

Stephen Ireland was one of my favourite players and I was sad more than anything when he lost his form and we shipped him out.
I always assumed he had mental problems but perhaps he was just a victim of circumstances.

He is sounding more bitter and twisted by the day.Shouldn't be commenting on other players wages or potential moves, really piss poor that. Seems to be a legend in his own troubled mind.

Saying that, he is right about Birmingham, its one big shithole.

I like Ireland but its a bit strange this Mancini not wanting Hughes players. For a start it was Mancini's mentor Sven who gave Ireland his break. Mancini has no trouble with Kompany, De Jong, Zabeleta, Richards, etc so maybe , just maybe, Ireland should look at himself. After all was he not having a go at Hughes for not picking him in his favoured position?

Fucking strange lad he is. Shut your mouth Ireland, you were good for ONE season, thats all. Now its obvious the problems were in HIS head. Fucking joker he is.
