Seeing as we now seem to be back in pole position to sign him, i'll admit my ignorance and say i haven't actually seen him play. Seeing as all the top teams in Europe were after him, i take it he is pretty useful, but has anyone actually watched him in a game and is he really all that?

from the goals he's scored then he has the potential to do well in the prem. Not just in Italy but also in S America so he wont be a one trick pony and he will be used to travel and adapting.I think that was the problem with Balo last season so afer the cup final I expect better things of him this season. I know Italian defences are tight but I still dont think they have the ability thats seen in the prem, its a bit like playing internationals eery game, even against the likes of Wigin and Sunderland.

the clips i've seen of sanchez excite me. he looks like he has decent, has fast feet, good dribbler and good finisher too. he is young and will only get better.
