40 cars involved in fatal crash

Sad news for the families of those unecessarily killed and those injured. Obviously don't know all the details but hitting a car on the hard shoulder seems like bad driving. A coach doing 60mph and the guys in the car wouldn't stand a chance. the other crash appears to be in fog with cars and lorries driving too fast and too close.

We need to penalise people in such a way that there is a huge deterrent making them think twice before doing something stupid. Catch anyone without insurance etc. - lock them up.
