I think Lille are being a tad cheeky here, but i don't blame them for asking the question. Imo they've had him long enough and quite obvious like the lad, either City take him back and integrate him into the 1st team fold or tell Lille if they want him, they have to pay a fee.

If Nasty ain't gonna get a game a City, then we should sell him....simple as.
