I'm putting my mark against the seaside town located on the Fylde peninsula in the north west of England, who play in orange and spent just one season in the PL recently.  They've been relegated to League 1 with a very low score, which could be attributed to the alleged legal action of the current owners against individuals who complain about their tenure, rather than making sure the team is any good.  Allegedly.
