Phil Neville is a tw$t....
Did anyone hear him on MOTD talk about United's game?
I've never heard such biased opinions on an ex team from ANY pundit - EVER.
1. United's penalty. It was very, very difficult to see in slow motion where the ball hit. For me, I still think it hit the part of his body where the chest meets the shoulder. Michael Oliver said he had to go with his gut feeling.
In the ugly fuckers words "oh clear penalty, clear as day".
2. Puncheon penalty appeal. Clear penalty when Mata stuck out a leg. "No way was it a penalty".
3. Puncheon's goal from the free kick. Blind didn't jump, but put his hands up to his eyes as if shielding the sun from them. He missed the ball and it clipped the top of his head and slightly deflected the ball. "Not Blind's fault if the suns in his eyes".....even Robbie Savage laughed and said "You were giving TLMLF a load of grief for not jumping in the wall the other week, but not Blind - of course it's his fault"
4. Fellaini's headed goal. Great cross from Young, but should easily have been caught by Speroni, and would have, if Falcao doesn't push Murray in the back and he collides with the keeper, allowing Fellaini to head into an open net. "It was only the slightest of nudges and you see them week in week out. It was just one of those things"
WTF?

He is still the worse pundit out there, trouble is as BBC have given him a contract I guess they are forced to use him. I hope they get Lee Dixon back now ITV have lost all their football.

No, me neither. Mikey Owen, he who spent more time at Newcastle and Liverpool, doesn't blow quite so much smoke up the rags' arses, and I thought he was bad!blueboy wrote:I've never heard such biased opinions on an ex team from ANY pundit - EVER.
You'd think, had you not heard either of the Neville boys doing their punditry, that it would be Ratboy who would be the horribly biased one and that Phil would be more tempered on the basis that baconface hoofed him out for not being good enough. That would stand up to reason. But this??? Philly really needs to take some lessons from his brother. And he can have a word with Mikey as well.
