If it was a deal with bonuses then maybe it'd work out. Arsenal are due £3M if Barca win the CL despite Vermaelen not even playing for them this season. That's a good bit of business.
Why not £3M if Liverpool get CL football anytime Jovetic is there, £1M for EL or a cup. Maybe £!M for every 10 goals he scores.

I think £12m for Jovetic is fantastic......i wouldn't pay 12 quid for him

I think we should be holding out for bids from abroad. I'm sure there are teams willing to pay more than £12m for him...unless he's thrown into a deal/swap etc.
