PL 8 HG Player Rule....

PL 8 HG Player Rule....
Ok. It seems to me that the PL are partly responsible for these inflated English player prices - which in turn, contributes to the downfall of complying with FFP.
The Soccerex Player Values have been released:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33419234
Raheem Stirling is at number one in Europe's young players and valued at £35m. Which coincidently, is what we as a club value him at. Of course, LFC think he's somehow worth £50m because he's English.
Now, with the HG rule now asking for 8 players to be included in each squad, this adds further pressure on clubs to buy English players at a premium, as quite frankly, the academy players at most clubs aren't good enough for that step-up, especially at the top clubs. No club is going to promote 8 academy players to avoid spending money.
Therefore, the selling clubs with English players, can add a significant premium on their players - like Raheem Stirling (an extra £15m).
Would it be prudent to scrap the 8 HG player rule altogether, which in turn, will bring down the cost of the HG players, allowing clubs to spend less and comply easier with FFP?
In turn, they can introduce a policy of 'only HG players in the academy' from a certain date in the future. That way, we have our academies full of local or HG players for the future.
I heard Didi Hamman talking about this earlier on and thought it was a decent idea.
