Interesting. He said Collina explained to him what generally constitutes intention or not:
- if they jump for a header with a clenched fist, chances are, they are doing that to generate power through the elbow or arm - red card.
- if it's a genuine attempt to head the ball, rarely will the player have a clenched fist.
Never thought of it that way, but thinking about it, it's true. When you go for a header, you don't really clench your fist.
