Who sorts the fixture out?

I know it's all done by computer, but surely there are certain fixtures that should be exempt from being played midweek...and this one certainly should be.

Fair play to 169 fans that traveled though, great effort.

Sort of sums up the lack of common sense within the FA and the people running the game.

Completely agree blue. Bury have a Friday night game at Southend this season too (not that i'll be going)....utter madness.

I understand that it's computer generated, however, in this day and age, you can set parameters into the software to ensure midweek, night games are at least generated within an easy travelling distance.
I can't think of one argument against it, from the fan to the teams to the TV companies (if on TV).
