Can't really see anything but the same team again. Otamendi still not in the squad as he's still waiting for a work permit. Bony out with a gashed ankle, but expected to be back fit after the International break.

Kelechi may get some game time and I can see Delph getting a chance today as well at some point.

It'll be important to try and get an early goal today. I can see Watford trying to keep banks of 4 and sit deep. An early goal may open up a little more space.

Be good for Sterling to get a goal today. I think it could either way, a frustrating game or we'll win comfortable.

Navas isn't good enough. I even saw Serge hang on to the ball rather than pass to him.

The passing on the final third isn't very good, for me. Nasri on for Navas and push Yaya forward. They're parking the bus and we need to find a way through.

It must be his haircut Wensdi :-) But agree simply a different player this year. Seems absolutely up for it, in fact they all do. Never seen so much tracking back.

Have to agree Wensdi. I was very critical of him, but so far, Sagna, Kolorov and until today, Navas, have excelled. However, we all know he's class, but Aguero has been poor so far, which only bodes well after the International break if he hits form.

As for Ota's permit, I don't think it's a big issue and I guess City weren't arsed about pushing it through quickly. Kompany and Manga have been superb so far, so why stress about it and give us more headaches right now?

I'm sure it'll be sorted for when we resume in the PL.

Good win, poor, poor first half, but it always seemed a matter of time before we scored.

Great to see Raheem get on the score sheet.

Thought Fernandinho was brilliant today and his goal was a bonus.

What's funny is all the players we were convinced should go last season, Kolarov, Sagna, YaYa etc., have all been excellent so far. I do hope Nasri get's a start though - he can be fantastic when he's on his game and is far better than Navas - even though Navas tries hard. He just doesn't deliver the end product. Shame cos he's pretty fast down that wing.

That could be the one big problem with KDB.

Will we have to accommodate him, even though he's not a natural winger?

For me, the saving grace was seeing Sterling move over to the right, which ended up with him scoring. Agree about Nasri, he does bring something special to the team. Maybe, with all this new competition, it'll make him pull his finger out when he starts and offers something else in attack.

I'm excited. We look so dangerous on the ball going forward, but look so 100% at it in defence...with Otamendi, Zaba and Clichy still in reserve.
