Good.  Even though it's been a very protracted transfer season for us - I do believe that we have been smart.  Raheem has certainly improved our squad and style of play and KDB should do the same.  Delph has been an adequate replacement for Jimmy Milner and lo9 and behold we have a new man in Sagna and a much improved Kolarov (thanks to his link up with Sterling).  Somebody had a big of foresight and I would like to believe it's Manny.  We haven't done a Brenda and signed a plethora of "also rans".  Even Pedro didn't look too hot yesterday - hardly touched the ball - so glad we didn't go for him.

By the way - where is the pic of David Silva in the legends above?  He is by far the best player I have ever seen - for us!!

Agree Wensdi. Time to make an addition to the above.

Very Happy Leo.
Merlin has been in a class of his own - the last 4 games.  You really have to watch closely to appreciate his awareness.  Sterling will really develop playing with the likes of him.  I do think it's all clicked for Silva, YaYa and Aguero though - and even Fernandinho.

What I really want to say is .... how lucky are we to have Silva.

Here here!

Manny? Whos he?!

The only credit I will give MP is what we had been saying for 10months last season and he only changed it for the last 6 games.. I think due to injury...

4-4-2 to 4-2-3-1

The rest I give credit the the players!

The players have to be given credit, I agree - but Manny is the Squadron Leader after all and he's getting the best out of them at the moment.  If we had done what everybody had said we should do for the last 10 months - we would have ditched Nasri, YaYa, Kolarov, Fernandinho, Navas, Sagna, Clichy - and even Kompany and Zabba - and Manny.

The Special One seems to be making a lot of mistakes at the moment and Brenda must be scratching his head raw.

I dunno Wensdi, his stubburn attitude worries me. At times he proved to be more stubburn than bobby manc. You gotta play formations to accomodate the players. He may have learnt his lesson but I will amazed if the old dog has learned new tricks!

If we are still 100% and no goals conceded at Xmas I may give the Engineer some credit, but lets wait until we are behind before seeing if he has learned how to change a game.

I will say the Watford change to 4-4-2 was a step in the right direction, but I'm still not a fan.
