Is anyone else having problems?

I've deleted cookies, cached docs etc...but I can only get online via my mobile phone.

Tried Chrome and Firefox on my laptop...struggling.

I'm fine on my laptop n PC, but struggle on my phone.....I just put that down to my shit phone though.
