PSG Thread #2
So try and put out a team as close as last weeks.
Need to keep the same effort and pace to the game.
Was looking at cheap late tickets, but is now showing as sold out. (there were thousands left at the back end of last week) (

I've already given my ticket away or you could have had it Moon. Missus has booked us dinner at a local restaurant tonight. The owner is a big PSG fan and they have a big screen. Tempting fate as I don't think we'll make it through.

Sounds like a fun place to watch though.. could get a bit of atmosphere?
did the wife book it intentionally knowing the footy would be on there?

Yeah, she said I didn't need to watch it on the laptop tonight! I wanted to keep a low profile and then celebrate wildly if we got through!

i'm really nervous about tonight, I havn't been able to get that typical city thought out of my head all day.
The match is on at 02.45 am so I will be tucked up in bed asleep I hope. I want to wake up to good news or it will be a shit day tomorrow.

Lucky enough to get the afternoon off - to watch the game and my better half just informed me that his cousin is stopping by the house at 3pm (kickoff). He hasn't seen her in donkey's years and she's only in town for the day....... not fair

I'd be a lot calmer if Serge had burried that penalty. All this excitement is not good for a man of my age

I've been clocked by 3 people who know I'm a city supporter. Missus didn't help by kitting out the kids in city shirt, hat and scarf. It's like being in the away end trying to hide your emotions.

That has to be one of the toughest matches I've had to endure. I didn't enjoy it at all. But we did what we had to do and credit to all the boys.

Brilliant result!! The defence and in particular Manga and Joe were brilliant!
Thought the whole team were excellent. KDB? What a finish. PSG were shite!
The rags are going mental on social media...
Had to watch it on my iPhone as my laptop wouldn't connect to the Internet...BT Sports App you life saver!
Let's see who we get! Real I'm guessing.

... and Oz hasn't seen it yet. Hope you enjoy it Oz - could have been 2-0 if Sergio had been on target
Really pleased with them - thank God Kev came back from injury when he did. Brilliant.

Re: PSG Thread #2
well finally got to see the game excellent all round performance standouts for me were Clichy , the 2 fernas & Hart. we looked very comfortable but as I knew the outcome I wasn't bricking it. A much more controlled atmosphere which at my age is probably a wise thing, albeit iv'e just finished a 1& half hour stint playing squash took in 9 games.
Still thought the ref let a lot of tackles on silva & Aguero go unpunished.
